One of the most popular searches that bring people to my blog is Gin. I bloody LOVE the stuff! As it’s the weekend, I thought I’d post a few more cocktail recipes that I intend to try out very soon. I’ve been staying in a lot lately whilst we save to go away to San Francisco, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have a sneaky tipple or two.
Let’s see how these all go down shall we.

1 lime
3 sprigs rosemary

Peel one half of a cucumber, and slice a lime into eight wedges. In a highball glass, add three slices of peeled cucumber, 1 sprig rosemary, juice from a lime wedge and 1 ounce gin. Muddle with the back of a spoon.
Strain through a mesh strainer into a second highball glass. Add several cubes of ice, and three slices of unpeeled cucumber. Top with remaining gin and tonic, and serve garnished with rosemary sprigs.

I want to drink every single one of these cocktails! I can’t believe there is a cocktail that combines gin & tea. It sounds insane but oddly perfect.
I will definitely be trying out the cucumber/rosemary combo in about 14 weeks!! Xx
I love gin too but have never had the imagination to try anything beyond a gin and tonic or gin fizz. These all sound amazing! I will definitely try the gin and tea.
I absolutely love the Cucumber-Rosemary Gin and Tonic Idea. Beautiful picture too! Think I’ll be trying that out this weekend!
